it was a nice cheesecake, but I will not post the recipe. YET. it certainly could use some imporvement- to make the texture a little more creamy and the cheescake more moist. I think adding a little yogurt, more cheese or less egg whites and coconut flour will do the trick. I think I'll attempt a second version today and post the improved version. overall it was a good try- the taste was really nice slightly coconut-y but still like a cheesecake. so it was a good start but some changes will have to be made.
